The property is well located in the heart of the city with Zumiao rd a popular night foodie destination only a short walk away. The bell boys are attentive and helpful for dining suggestions. The hotel reception speak great English and willing to assist with any queries for transport. My room had an amazing view and at night I could see the incredible light show on display on all the buildings below. My room was well lit and the shower was always hot and towels weren’t abundant. At night I visited the bar on the 51st floor and enjoyed a few late night cocktails with a nice tasty steak and glass of red wine. The pool is also fantastic and open till late. I’m definitely coming back. Thanks to all the staff at Swissotel. Carlos Mila

The location is excellent and transport is convenient. It is near the MRT station with a few big shopping malls offering lots of eatery choices. It is also near to some tourists spots. The staff are nice and friendly. We are upgraded to a bigger room on the top floors. As our tourist bus is leaving at 1:50 pm, the receptionist, named Rose Huang, generously extend our check-out time to 2 pm. We then have lunch at its Chinese restaurant which serves good Cantaonese cuisine. This is our 2nd stay at this hotel. I think we will book this hotel again if we come to this city again.

Amazing hotel with a great location, excellent facilities, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. In a city with very few foreigners, this was a surprisingly comfortable and welcoming experience. I loved everything — my room was spacious and even had international TV channels. I didn’t get to explore much, but there are nice malls and restaurants nearby. Definitely coming back!

The cleaning staff did a wonderful job with upkeep. The views from my room were breathtaking. The room and bathroom were very comfortable. The gym was suitable for my needs. Checking in and out took a couple minutes at most. The breakfast was really good. The location is convenient because taxis can either come right up to the entrance or park adjacent to the building conveniently. I didn't take pictures inside but I've shared the view from my window.

The location was so near to many things. English was not an issue - thankfully as our Chinese was pretty well non-existent. Unbelievable views and great food on 51st floor. Ended many days with a quiet drink in the bar on the 51st floor. All staff were lovely and helpful - particular thanks to Alex her served us on several nights - he makes a lovely margarita and went out of his way to please. Price was very good for the facilities and service provided.

The room had a pretty good city view. It was quiet and comfortable except that the air conditioning temperature couldn't be adjusted - no matter what temperature I set, it ended up the same. The hotel is located in the centre of Chancheng District. It is within walking distance to different malls, restaurants and cafes.

All great and good spread of b’fast , but for a long stay client like us should have different dishes in future for b’fast . Very comfortable room on 49th floor with overlooking the entire city .

Location is good, its not far from park, shipping malls and old are with many restaurants. The only not convenient thing - you need to pass underground circle to get there, it takes around 15 minutes walking.
